All contributions should be sent to the Acting IHR Editor - IHO Assistant Director Alberto Costa Neves at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org or via the IHO Online Form System.
The IHR is composed of four parts: Editorial, Articles, Notes and General Information. For details on the requirements for submitting contributions, please see the Technical Instructions for Contributors.
