Equality in the Workplace Conference
The Scientific Centre of Monaco (CSM), the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) and the Women's Rights Committee of the Government of Monaco, in partnership with the Monegasque Association for Sustainable Finance (AMFID) and SheCanHeCan, are organizing a conference followed by a cocktail reception on gender equality as part of International Women's Day. The event will be held on Thursday March 9th at 18:30 at the Hermitage Hotel in Monaco and will be in French.
The topics covered will include:
- Trends in the participation of women in Monaco and around the world
- Ideas for concrete actions to be implemented in order to achieve equality
- Tools available to companies wishing to improve equity
The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience.

Conference organized as part of International Women's Day.
The IHO Empowering Women in Hydrography project was officially endorsed as a UN Ocean Decade Action in 2022. The project is partially supported by a financial contribution from Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
