Technical Visits

Technical visits aim at assessing the status of hydrographic surveying, nautical charting and maritime safety information (MSI) and the needs for future development.

High Level Visits

High level visits are performed by the IHO Directing Committee, RHC Chairs or National Hydrographers to coastal States' high level authorities in order to raise awareness of the importance of hydrography and to help further development of the national hydrographic services.
